Meditation with Meg

Sick of feeling sluggish of a morning? Do you struggle to find motivation to start your day? Are you lacking energy? Then start your morning off right with meditation!

Meditation will not only change your life, but give you the most powerful, positive, creative start to your day that you have been looking for!

Conversations with clients of late have centred around 'Attitudes'. Attitudes of wanting more. Attitudes of never feeling satisfied. Attitudes of life being unfair and unjust; "If I just had more money I could…”, "If I didn't have to do abc, I would have time for xyz".

While I never aim to dismiss people’s feelings, I would be doing you a disservice if I was to simply validate every emotion at every chance I got.

At Mending Minds, therapy (including mindfulness and meditation classes) is learning. Learning to challenge cognitive distortions and evolve into our best selves. Therapy is not meant to be easy. Without hard work and reflection from you, or a therapist determined to challenge your thinking patterns, change would never occur!

So, I'm challenging you all to RAMP UP YOUR GRATITUDE! Because there is always something to be grateful for! To help get the ball rolling, this coming Wednesday (26th of June), I will be recommencing 'My Attitude is Gratitude’ Mindfulness and Meditation class, weekly from The Mother Hood!

To rewire your brain with gratitude, join me Wednesday morning at The Motherhood from 7:30-8:30am every Wednesday. $20 per person, BYO yoga mat/towel or have one supplied (no extra cost). Wear comfy clothes, shoes not required, drink bottles recommended.

For a good start to your day, call: 0457 024 981 or text: “In for meditation”, with your name to secure your spot! Bookings not essential but recommended.

Open to all levels. If you can breath, you can meditate! Don't over think it! Let's get those gratitude's flowing!
